Join Cheyenne's walking club to join her in utilizing walking for fitness, mental health, creativity, emotional connection, and more. Life in the Walking Lane is for anyone who wants to integrate a daily walking program into their lifestyle. Women and men of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Group members are encouraged to:
